Breathwork and Meditation

Changing the way you breathe can have extraordinarily profound effects on your health and wellbeing.  It might sound strange because you’ve been breathing all your life without even thinking about it.  But learning how to breath properly and how to breathe to calm yourself can help you in all manner of mild health issues.

 

In my breathwork courses I will help you to retrain your breathing effectively by engaging your diaphragm, using your nose and slowing down and steadying the breath.  I will guide you through some safe, simple breathing techniques and pranayama from ancient Yogic practices, completing short meditations that are easy to follow and apply.  These techniques are intended to bring mindful attention, help you breath correctly and cope with everyday stresses you might encounter.

 

Learning to breathe better can also enhance your athletic ability as well as your professional performance.  Whether you’re a runner who wants to increase their endurance or a businessperson who needs to present their ideas in a calm, assertive manner – these breathing techniques can improve your stress resilience and harness your inner strength.

 

No experience or equipment is needed and anyone can do it.  You will be fully guided and you don’t need to sit cross-legged on the floor, unless you want to.  It is for anyone and everyone, spiritual or otherwise.
