I am fortunate to be able to teach Yoga which is something that truly brings me joy.  My aim is to inspire others to develop their own yoga practice and to offer fun and varied classes to everyone and anyone.

Reflecting on my life, I’ve always enjoyed physical exercise, stretching and challenging myself.  I loved dance and gymnastics as a child and missed this when I was ‘too old’ to continue.  Then I discovered yoga and fell in love.  At first it was all about the physical practice but as I learned more I found the spiritual side even more beneficial to my peace of mind. 

I qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher in 2013 and went on to study Meditation, Mindfulness, Nutrition & Weight Management as well as recently adding Pre/Post Natal Yoga.

My Yoga

I offer classes to all, based mainly in Northampton.  One to ones, corporate, group classes, meditation courses, specialist workshops and retreats.

My personal style is a contemporary Hatha yoga mixing a number of yoga styles to offer variety and enjoyment.  I feel my style reflects my relaxed personality, offering a spiritual element and traditional ethos, incorporating meditation and mindfulness.  My classes don’t usually include chanting, singing or sharing of personal information.  Every class is different so it is well worth sticking with yoga for a few classes to realise the benefits and connect with the practice.
