I offer classes to all, based mainly in Northamptonshire.
One to ones, corporate, group classes, zoom classes, specialist workshops and retreats.
My personal style is a contemporary Hatha yoga mixing a number of yoga styles to offer variety and enjoyment.
I feel my style reflects my relaxed personality, offering a spiritual element and traditional ethos, incorporating meditation
and mindfulness. My classes don’t usually include chanting, singing or sharing of personal information.
Every class is different so it is well worth sticking with yoga for a few classes to realise the benefits and connect with
