A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking. The
balance is then due by mid July 2020 (8 weeks before the retreat).
bookings made after June 2020, full payment is required.
Payment can be made by
BACs transfer (preferred), card, cheque or cash (if you attend a local class).
you need to cancel your booking, please inform me at your earliest time. If I have anyone on a waiting
list I may be able to refund your money (less deposit), otherwise you will be charged 100% of the cost.
In the unfortunate event that Lyn Eborall has to cancel the weekend retreat, full refunds of the payments made
will be returned. Notification will be given as early as possible but unfortunately travelling costs, insurance
or other expenses cannot be refunded.

you are agreeing to take full responsibility for your own travel insurance in respect of medical expenses, injury, death and

The venue asks that you agree to the following:
Amplified music is not allowed without
the estates permission. Not to have outside music after 10:00pm and to ensure noise levels are not excessive or anti-social
for duration of stay.
ii. Not to cause
nuisance or annoyance to occupants of nearby properties.
iii. To pay for any damage or loss however caused, excluding reasonable wear and tear incurred during occupation;
which on agreement will be deducted from the damage deposit.
iv. Not to allow the property to be occupied by more than the maximum number of persons stated in the brochure/website.
